AIMRenewed Balance™ is a topical progesterone cream formulated to help your body stay in balance. The natural progesterone in ^AIMRenewed Balance™ is derived from diosgenin, a phytoestrogen (plant estrogen) found in wild yam and soy plants. This phytoestrogen is then converted to natural progesterone. Wild yam extracts and synthetic progestins are not the same as natural progesterone. In wild yam extracts, the diosgenin is not converted to natural progesterone. Synthetic progestins are often derived from progesterone or testosterone, but are then altered by introducing a new atom. As mentioned, synthetic progestins have long lists of contraindications and side effects. Natural progesterone has no recorded side effects; however, some women experience a feeling of euphoria if taking too much.

Suggested use
• ^AIMRenewed Balance™ contains 1,120 mg of USP certified natural progesterone per 2-oz jar. This amount of natural progesterone means you use less cream per serving when compared to other natural progesterone products.
  
• Use a slightly rounded 1/8 of a measuring teaspoon per day, depending on your needs. This amount contains approximately 20 mg of natural progesterone, which is the amount recommended by health practitioners. It is always best to work with a health practitioner to determine your optimum serving.
• Premenopausal women - Use 1/8 teaspoon per day for two weeks (from ovulation to menstruation). Ovulation generally begins 12 to 14 days after the first day of menstruation. Apply to areas of thin skin.
• Postmenopausal women - Use 1/8 of a teaspoon (slightly rounded)per day for two to three weeks. We suggest starting your usage on the first day of the month and stopping after two to three weeks, depending on your needs. Apply to areas of thin skin.
